Do you no longer want a password ?

Hi

Yes I have a passwordm set up to logon to the Windows but normally I would need to type that in everytime the laptop boots up. But atm the moment a very long (incorrect) password is dispalyed in the password field. It is not my password because it is too long whereas my password is only 8 characters.

And once the long password (wrong) pops up in the password field automatically my computer freezes. I have to force shutdown. I am unable to delete this very long incorrect password.

I have tried to start in safe mode but I get the same result.

Please does anyone know how to fix the problem. I am unab;e to logon to my laptop.
