Abnormalities after installation Update Agent 7.6.7600.320

Hi,
I installed Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit, but during the installation did not install IE11, it maintained IE8 and I had to install it manually.
More serious, after upgrading to Windows Update Agent 7.6.7600.320 The CPU is stopped at > 50% and the Ram towards the max (4GB), and windows update blocked in research, but does not find anything.
What could be the solution?
I had previously installed the 32-bit version and did not have this problem.

For the record you shouldn't be installing anything before windows is updated anyway.

The updates from the catalog I'm guessing is where
I'm not sure if I can get them in Italian since it defaults to region ?
Never noticed a language option at the catalog ?

Just confirmed catalog has no language option so try the ones on my onedrive

ie11 will come don't worry about that
And yes those iso links are for Italian
