Acronis Backup Error

Ask for help,
My computer has a problem with Acronis Backup software. When I tried backing up my hard drive, after running at 50%, "backup failed" error message appears, "job failed", can not read sector xxxxxx, failed in the i / o or R / W. Why does this failure happen?, What should I do?, Where is my computer error?, Please help for a problem that I face!. Thank you in advance.

Are you running Acronis from within Windows or off of a DVD (ie: boot from the DVD)?

I would run a Disk Check to check for HD errors.
