ADATA CH94 External HDD - not able to access the files

Hi Guys,

I need some IT advice to deal with my ADATA CH94 External HDD please. When I connect it to my laptop it doesn't appear under Hard Disk Drives in My Computer. I can see it in Device Manager and Disk Management which shows it as unallocated and offers me to initialize (MBR or GPT Partition) it which would lead to losing my precious data which I want to copy to my new HDD. How do I go about it, please HELP!!!!

Just to be clear, the external drive has data on it you don't want to lose, correct?
