additional log on information is required!

hi!

I keep getting this message which says that Additional log on information is required.Sometimes i get this message when i boot windows or sometimes when i logoff and log into windows again.

help would be appreciated.I have updated the drivers.

I tried everything my drivers are up to date and my firmware is up to date.please let me know if there is any other way i can stop getting this update.
moreover i am using a wired connection not wireless.

When you start IE, does it load any special pages like your ISP. or when you type in a web address? Call your ISP and see if they need any additional info from you. Let me know if it works

You can try to reset IE: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1222-internet-explorer-reset.html

Additionally, what add-ons do you have running in IE, and I am currious if you have any installed programs that might be causing this.

I have extensions like X marks,lastpass,cricinfo,neat bookmarks,diijo,wisestamp,evernote,rapporitive,reader plus,send using gmail,site advisor.I am using google chrome 16.0.912.63.
