Advanced appearance settings

I use Windows 7 ultimate and recently changed some parameters in Personalization control panel under colors, then under what's called the "Advanced Appearance Settings" I now want to go back to the default settings and can't find a way to do that. Does anyone know what the settings are for all of those parameters and sizes, fonts etc.
