I have had blue screens for a long time. When we think we've got them fixed, they come back! We recently started having them when the computer went to sleep. I have also had a lot of start up problems lately.
We have new memory, new video card, new hard drive... I don't know what it is because my husband is the one who takes care of everything, but I am pretty sure it's the same that I entered into my profile (or whatever) information before.
I ran crash analyzer and WhoCrashed. WhoCrashed concluded that all three crashes, "[FONT=Segoe UI, Arial]... took place in a standard Microsoft module. Your system configuration may be incorrect, possibly the culprit is in another driver on your system which cannot be identified at this time."
Where do I go from here?
