Hey guys, I've been struggling with trying to connect my Samsung phone to my computer. It works fine on another computer, but when I connect it by USB to this particular computer, I get a USB device not recognized error. I have all of the USB drivers for the phone and for my motherboard installed and up to date. I spent two hours talking to Samsung, who found nothing wrong with the phone and told me to contact my motherboard manufacturer. I called Asus, who found nothing wrong with my motherboard and told me to contact Microsoft. I called Microsoft, who told me that if I want their help it would cost $99
If anyone has any ideas I would greatly appreciate it!
