Animalware doctor Problem

hello, diagnosing a virus/ malware problem for a friend.
i currently have him doing a full system scan, and if it shows any bad programs we will remove them. but this program hasn't been detected by AVG very well!
The program is named 'animal-ware doctor'. strange name :S
The program pops up, with no way to close it but going into Task manager and force closing it from process manager.

help would be very appreciated.

Antimalware Doctor is a rogue anti-spyware program. It's not a virus, so your anti-virus program can't get rid of it.

Do not reboot your computer after running rkill as the malware programs will start again

If you follow the directions in the removal guide properly, it will solve your problem with this pest fraud program.
