Another RunDll32.exe problem

Every time I start up the laptop a RunDll32.exe error message pops up on the screen. I understand that this is a bad thing and could eventually ruin my laptop in the long run.

I've tried to troubleshoot the situation. First of all, I've scanned my computer for malware and such, rebooted the computer several times, and have Re-Registered all my .dll files. None of that has worked. Then I decided that this must be some kind of virus. While looking on various other forums on various other sites, I've located the problem to a certain extent in the System Configuration [go there by typing "msconfig" in Run] startup tab. There are two items on the list which concern me because they have both an unknown manufacturer and I cannot find these files on the computer.

I thought, well, these must be hidden files. One problem, though, I cannot see my hidden files nor is the option to see hidden files available. I've tried the control panel approach and the option was mysteriously missing. I tried going to a folder and going under organize to utilize the folder and search options but that is always mysteriously grayed out and I cannot click on it. I went into the help section and typed in "show hidden files" and tried to use the link it gave to get to the folder options, but the link didn't work.

See a trend here? I think this is a very clever virus if it is one. I'm not entirely sure, but there has been a lot of strange things happening with my computer and I just want to get to the bottom of it.

Just want to point out:

I've found out that a startup item known as Jdoriwakev has this command: rundll32.exe "C:\Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\AppData\Local\opoxehiza.dll",Startup

Another startup item xuri49tkd has this strange command: C:\Windows\andy127.exe

Please help me solve my problem. Thank you in advance.

Seems a virus issue. Please download and run this tool.

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
  • Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  • Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  • The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  • Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  • When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note)
  • The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.
Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process.
If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

I can't believe it, this software actually worked. The first time I scanned the computer, the startup items that I thought were suspicious had not been enabled because I had disabled them before so the scan overlooked it. The next time, I enabled them and the virus was gone after I restarted the computer. For good measure, I restarted the computer again and the error message never showed. Furthermore, the odd startup items were gone as well.

Thanks :)
