I agree, the SubTank may be a stay at home vape. You could keep the vamo and use the Nautilus on it I think, but I guess for you that wont work. Speaking of back up mods, look at this one

Yeah the nautilus just doesn't cut it anymore since I got the Atlantis Doug and the Atlantis won't run on the vamo so no real use.

Lol, that's a crazy looking mod, I really don't need more than 50w but a lot of the 100w ones are so cheap now that I may consider it. The Sigeli 50w V2 looks nice and also the new 100w version.

You must have one of the older Vamo models V1-V5 that max at 15w. The V6-V7 are 20w with the V8 being a 35w APV more then needed. The Nautilus seems to run best between 11w-15w when not maxing out the mod or APV in use. It's suited for that wattage range there while Atlantis runs best with menthols at 20w, average vape at 30w, and the occasional spin for a few when changing flavors to get the new flavor right there at 40w - 50w for quick bursts.

I would consider jumping on the Kraigen now however since despite the 5 maximum those will be gone once the word is out that they available. The vendor there got the order filled here a bit early!

NightHawk, he has a V6 20watt, I went back through the thread to verify. I suppose battery/mod, and personal preference are different for everyone. I used the Nautilus on my Sigelei and never went above 11watts to often. Tried it up to 16w on the new mod and it was great.

I hope Kanger comes out with a subtank mini at 3-4ml.

I knew one of you guys got a V6. Here I run five Nautilus 5ml size tanks on what should have been two Smok ACE 3-15w Vamo but aluminum APVs, The Vamo V5 and V6, the Innokin VTR, and Vamo Fire 20w wood bodied form of Vamo. The two Smok ACEs and MVP 2.0 are now packed away with the VTR move over to the stand that was in until replaced by the DovPo E-LVT 303 mod when the next ECig V9 50w finally comes in being the third 50watter.

That and the BEC Pro will be seeing the Kraigen Atlantis 8ml replacements while the ZNA 50 and E-LVT will be the glass tank with hollowed out stainless mesh cover replace the glass only tank section since I will be carrying those around me either at home or when out despite still having the pair of iSticks.

As for the sub ohm mini size tank you wouldn't want one! In order to handle the higher wattages the coils have to made larger and more durable then anything previously seen. Generally only the wiring you put into an RBA or RDA atomizer would take the heat! The Atlantis coils for example are twice as large as the BVCs that go into the Nautilus 5ml tank. The mini tanks like the Nautilus Mini and Aerotank Mini are for the 6-15w range. One you get into the sub ohm that's the Big Boys club there.

Just to clarify, the nautilus runs just fine on the vamo. It's the Atlantis that won't run on it as the vamo can only go as low as 0.8ohm iirc.

I just don't like the nautilus anymore, it doesn't suit my vaping style.

Well that was why the other mods were needed while at the same you now have a tank you can run on them as well. The Nautilus works well for what it is since it covers a certain wattage range and need for something there. Don't forget the Kraigen Atlantis 8ml tanks are now being shipped. I'll be letting people know how those work once they come in probably by monday the first monday of the New Year!

The Atlantis hardly fires on the Innokin iTaste VTR there either when set to the 15w max. This is why that will be getting retired as well as the MVP 2.0 with the MVP 20W now on the way plus another 50w mod coming in to complete the upgrading around here. Yet I still run the eGo batteries at 7w with the Tumblers on those since those work well for the lower wattage range. Still having those around allows for sampling a number of flavors while keeping the Atlantis and Nautilus tanks full of the "Good Stuff"?!

Some nice quality packaging and built quality. It's pretty big but doesn't look as bad as I thought it might on the IPV V2 I will try it out later.

Well that's a good start for the Big Boys club there! As for a comparison of the Nautilus to the Atlantis I thought I had posted a shot earlier. This was with the Atlantis on top the VTR and Nautilus on the MVP. I had just gotten in the deal by Aspire found at Amazon and want to make the size comparison when the 3rd Nautilus arrived.

When both tanks are right up against each other you can tell the Nautilus holds a lot more ejuice then the Atlantis. But when apart like this the 2ml only capacity of the Atlantis isn't realized since the tank looks bigger due to having just about the same diameter but not the same height wise.

I filled it up and have given it it's first vape now. Early sighs are pretty good. It seems to kick out a decent amount of vapor. I will give a more detailed comparison after a couple of days use.

It's a little late now since I ended ordering the MVP 20W to replace the 15w VTR with since the 2.0 6-11w wasn't going to make it with the Nautilus tanks at all! I'll be keeping those two and the pair of Smok ACE 3-15w mods in cold storage for the time being.

Actually I had some ciscussion for a bit with someone who uses a scope to measure what PWM or RMS is seen from various mods and devices. The Eleaf iStick gets shot down by him due to pwm Yet the pulsed signal would prevent drawing too much amperage in the before the 10second cutoff to prevent overheating the small unit from pulling too much current off the battery.

That's alright! Since the link you posted became unusable after you first posted it for some reason I shopped around to find who else was carrying it or going to carry it? Often you have to go back and check to if a link you post still works either after a few hours or a day or so.

I think that sums it up! I paid almost $15 more for the Smok BEC Pro 50w and $69.99 for the ZNA 50 50w mod. Now when you were asking if the Atlantis or Kanger Sub Ohm had a Mini tank version the answer was no at least for the present time while the Horizon line not only has the 3ml Scion but a Mini version of that as well that will handle upto 35w. Tank-Scion min 1

As for the ECig V9 that hasn't even shipped but shows restock with the "?" next to it.
