Is there anyway to get an update of the latest posts on http://www.sevenforums.com via a RSS or ATOM feed?

Hello!
In Firefox, go to the page you want and click "Bookmarks" -> then "Subscribe to this page".
you will have ATOM/RSS options.

This is how I do it.

Seven Forums is now plugged in to my Rainmeter Feed Reader and updated every hour.

Sorry Senteaf I must have missed your first post. I had no idea about the "Bookmarks" -> "Subscribe to this page" option in Firefox. Really neat way of getting the feed URLs for all sorts of sites.
