To be honest it looks to me like a suite of applications for $30 dollars which can be collected yourself for free, or are actually included as part of win7.

Auslogics - Does develop good software so the suite itself may be a good set of tools - just that I don't like to pay for software if I don't have to.

I doubt that this suite will do any actual damage to a system but I would make sure you have system backups and restore points before you uses any type of registry tools for example
