On my Dell Optiplex 780, Windows has been stuck at the logo screen ever since I told it to restart to install updates. it is stuck at
"Applying update operation 15669 of 15669" and has been stuck there for 35 minutes. it says "Machine/registry/..." so it seems to be a registry update that it is stuck on.
What do I do?
