I keep getting an error message saying "access violation 005f7596 in module asraappshop.exe at address0000" can anyone tell me what this is/means and how to get rid of it.

Hi Frank,
Sounds like a >>newly<< installed program, installed incorrectly.
Uninstall it and re-install.

Did a quick google search. It's related to "Appshop" from ASRock.
