Assist with bsod cold start

I hope someone can assist me are having cold start blue screen, so I turned of auto restart, to see what blue screen said, IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR EQUAL (forgot to write down the complete set of 0s etc however last set are 0xfffff80002cf3f74 hopefully someone may just kno what this refers to ie hardware or software issue.

I turned the computer of with start/stop button and rebooted comp, it said startup repair or normal, selected normal and comp did not create a system dump, is that because I selected normal start also had selected not to auto restart in system/advance system settings/startup recovery.

I cannot create blue screen picture to upload as the error is on cold start I cannot find a way of storage to sent up to you.

this only happens once on cold start, on restart selected no issue turn of comp during day and allow to cool for 2-3 hrs no issue, only start up in morning maybe every 4-5 days.

hopefully someone can assist me

8 meg ram have changed after error started and ran diagnostig win 7 no issue
Win 7 Pro with all updates.
