issac clarke,
If I read correctly then currently the system isn't booting up due to failure with previous OC settings. There are several things you can do to reset the system to default settings.
1) In bios will be a setting for restore to factory defaults
2) Reset bios clear button on IO or mobo
3) Bios battery removal count to 10 and re-install.
At this point you may need to change time and date setting and boot order and other settings before you get back to OC'g. I'm a AMD guy and have little that i can help you OC's your intel chip but the trick is using the multiplier and fsb voltage to get up to the point of unstable operation then back it off to the previous stable setting and then small tweaking from there. All chips and boards respond differently as each system has its variables like PSU, cooling solution, and components. Go slow and document all changes so you know how to get back to the previous stable settings.
And of course no OC question can be answered without the disclaimer that when OC'g the user understands that adding voltage and such to their system is at their own risk. That being said
you have a banging system and getting a nice modest OC and still running cool and stable is 100% achievable just go slow and ask questions and be patient as your rig is your rig and if you can't afford to gamble with it then don't. Just like the stock market only invest what you can afford to lose.
