automatic switch from Aero to Classic

when i run 3dsmax which is incompatible with Aero windows automatically switches to Basic theme. i want Classic theme instead. is it any way to point windows to switch to Classic theme from Aero if unsupported aplication running?

It will default.

Set it back by rightclicking Desktop>Personalize>select Aero Themes.
