Automatical Password-Lockscreen: Stuck in Black CursorScreen of Death

Hello.

I was using my Computer normally, until something horrible happened which broke the routine.
The moment this was happening, i was pretty shocked. :what:

I moved my cursor exactly in that moment, where the computer was switching to the lockscreen automaticly. (After 1 Minute of user-inactivity, my computer will switch to the password screen automatically.)
That was the second time, where that happened. It happened two days and a few hours ago. Three months ago, it happened too, but i don't realized, what caused it.

Because i already knew this Black Screen, and i was seeing it that moment, i was raging out. That time, i had no important sessions/unsaved documents, but this time i have. I realized, that i was trapped. And i'm still trapped. It is a black screen. My built-in Laptop-Screen and the External Screen (F-417) are completely black. The only thing i am able to see is the cursor. I am also able to move it, but i can't log in. Everything is black, but the cursor is the glowing light on the screens. At least, i am able to move it, which indicates, that the computer is not frozen and the information is still not lost.
In the RAM, there are some unsaved text/batch-files in Notepad++, and i had . In Opera (Version 12.17), some important Tabs were open, and a Download from UPLOADED.TO with 856 MB was running at 50 kbit/s. In Firefox, 115 Tabs were open. I am not sure, whether the automatic sessionsaver of the AddOn SessionManager (which was installed) was enabled. In FlightGear, which was also open, i was at a great point. FlightGear was paused. But now, i am unable to continue.
Actually, i did search and i've found some ways in the Internet how to fix this problem, but none of them does enable me to get out of this horriffic screen without restarting/rebooting my computer, which causes all sessions/open programs/unsaved data to die.
My primary computer, where this Black Screen threatened my sessions/etc., two days ago, is still hibernating while i am writing and posting this right now. I must find a way to get out of this. I don't want to give up and restart. There is still some hope and the information does still exist.

What i've tried to get out of it:
Keystrokes/Shortcuts:
  • STRG+ALT+ENTF / CTRL+ALT+ENTF
  • STRG+SHIFT+Esc / Ctrl+↑+Esc (Instant-Taskmgr-Launcher)
  • Windows+L (Instant-Locker)

Actions:
Those Actions are still possible in the Black/Blank Screen of Death.
  • Disconnecting VGA-RGB-Cable and Connecting again (to external, secondary computer screen which is a Neovo F-417 or an EIZO FlexScan L66 - my next screen will be a CG277 or a CG248.)
  • Hibernating (power-button) and
  • Trying to boot from Hiren's BootCD 15.2 after hibernating (is not supported by the BIOS, becuase it wants BIOS to resume)
  • Switching Off/On Wireless-Connections (Bluetooth, Wireless LAN, etc.)
  • Pressing Shift Many Times in row (actually, i see this dialogue-box with the Sticky Keys to appear, and i can activate/disable StickyKeys, but the direct link to the control panel is not present.)
  • Trying some random keystrokes and combinations

Random Specifications of my Primary Computer, where i did struggle with the Black CursorScreen:
  • RAM: 16 GB
  • Octa-Core
  • Free Space Storage on C:\ is 638 MB which is low but sufficient.
  • My Computer is a Samsung 700G7A-S02. You can look up the Specifications in the Internet.
  • System Language: German (but a large part of the User-Installed Software is actually English)
  • Off-Topic: My Smartphone is a Galaxy Note 3 SM-N9005
  • Me on Skype: Captain.TechLord

If you can run Task Manager, see if explorer.exe is running, and if not: start a new task - explorer.exe.

If you can run Task Manager, see if explorer.exe is running, and if not: start a new task - explorer.exe.

But i am unable to run anything, except pressing shift many times in row, which will open this annoying window for StickyKeys! But there link to the control panel options, which should be present on the window, is not there.
However, thank you many times! ;):)

Since I can't understand from your post, I will ask - does CTRL+ALT+DEL work? And can you start "Task Manager"?

Since I can't understand from your post, I will ask - does CTRL+ALT+DEL work? And can you start "Task Manager"?

STRG = CTRL
ENTF = DEL

Well, i have listed, what i have tried in the first post. Nothing worked. I was struggling to get out of the blank screen. And CTRL+ALT+DEL was useless, because i am not logged in.
I think that this black screen somehow covers the logon screen.

Nothing works. I can't boot from Hirns BOOT CD 15.2. And my first post lists, what i have tried.

I don't want to loose this information, but i would also like to know, what to do, if something like that happens again.

Maybe you can save some of the stuff with psexec (SysInternals - PSTools app).

Where to get:
https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896649.aspx

Info about how to use:
SysInternals Pro: Using PsTools to Control Other PCs from the Command Line

You will need another PC, and have to enable remote registry service (format as follows):
Code:
psservice \\computername start RemoteRegistry

Then get creative with the psexec and other tools.

I am going to try it. I will let you know everything, after i have tried it.
However: I highly appreciate your help so far!

I was unable to recover my computer with those tools, but thank you anyway.
Because my Computer is also password-protected, i did also use the -u -p (User + Password) switches. But i still get the sucking error message ACCESS DENIED.

I can't describe my thoughts about the ACCESS-DENIED without breaking the forum rules for swearing, so i'll not mention any dirty words here.

I will give it some additional tries and i will let you know the results.

You are getting access denied while starting remote registry service? You will need it running for sure. The firewall (if you have) may be interfering.

No Firewall. I did use -u and -p with correct username and password. I do always get ACCESS DENIED, which does always disappoint me. I will try some other usernames.

German for Access Denied is „Zugriff Verweigert“. I truly hate reading those words. It is a torture for me, to read „Zugriff VERWEIGERT“
Actually, i can still hear the sound for recieving Skype Messages (My Skype is captain.techlord)

But nothing helps. There is no firewall at all. No active Antivirus and Correct Username/Password

I don't use Skype so not sure but if your user name is private then edit and delete it perhaps?!

Not even Windows Firewall? :)

I had to use the psservice command first (with -u -p) before being able to use psexec. Otherwise I was getting Access Denied as well. Does your username have a space in it?

Can you access file shares from the other PC?

The Computer is defenetly not crashed. Everything is still there. In the RAM.
If there is no other way, i have to hibernate, and get the Primary HDD out of my Laptop after hibernating, to load hiberfil.sys on a different computer or to back it up.

If my computer is hibernated, the BIOS does not allow HBCD, because it does not want to boot from the CD-Drive.
