Back up error

been trying to do a backup of my os drive and progams etc done it before with no problems.
Went to do it today and got error code 0x80070002 did a search for it on google info I found said to run checkdisk on drive I'm backing up to which I did no problems, also said to run sfc /scannow which I did and this has given me this message:
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them.
Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For example
C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log
The system file repair changes will take effect after the next reboot.

going to try the back up again but would like to know what problems I have

Can't attach log file to big 11.8mb is there another way to upload it ?

Hi, Done all that and it still won't do a backup. weird can't put my finger on is wrong
