Bad contact RJ45 port

Well, every time I just bump my cable it's get disconnected from the port.
I'm sure it's not cable. What can I do to get my RJ-45 port to be working normally? It does not even make that sound when cable is about to be plugged.

Have you checked the Clip on top of the cable?

Yeah. 100% sure it's not cable. I'm using a 4 ports router j45 inand each port has one cable plugged. So... i dont know what it is causing it :S

Have you tried another good working ethernet cable?

Have You tried a different Lan port on the router they are all taken up I know but for testing.

Turn off the power unplug the computer if a Laptop take out the battery as well.

Try flattening the strips with a flatended screwdriver.
