Battlefield 2142 PunkBuster problem/conflict with Emulation Software

Ok this is the problem after updating Battlefield 2142 to version 1.50 (the most up to date one) I kept seeing this message appear.

"Conflict with Emulation Software detected"

However I'm not using any emulation software/No CD's or Daemon Tools disks

I went on a few forums and found a fix which was a new Game.exe file to replace the old one (kept a BackUp of the old one don't worry)

Now though when trying to play online (Hence why i patched in the first place) A Punkbuster error appears

Any suggestions?

1.5.1 is actually the latest patch for Battlefield 2142 (and patch 1.5.1 also doesn't need the CD for the game).
