Best software for recoding gaming

I wanted to know whats the best software for recording in game as i use FRAPS but that casuses the games to lag uless i use less FPS it records with but just wanted to know what every 1 else uses?

Recording programs (recording from the screen) will typically use a lot of CPU power. Unless you have an extremely powerful CPU, you will always have to expect an impact on the games fps. I use WMCapture for screen recording (not games though). But it uses more than half of my 2.5GHz duo core CPU but a lot less on my quad core.
