Bink audio stutter

Hi, I only get this - a stutter in the audio - with .bik video files ( in-game cutscenes). If I play them using the Rad Video tool I can get them to play if I tweek the advanced audio setting to "use wave out".
I know alot of others have had this problem, but I have not been able to find any solution anywhere.
This is a pain as most games use these for their cutscenes.
All drivers are up to date as of Jan. 19, 2011.

I am also having this problem, and wondering if you came up with a solution.

All drivers up-to-date as of today.

Sorry, found no solution and finally just gave up. But lately I haven't seen this problem in the games I bought this year, so maybe there was a fix that I just didn't see.
