Recently Ive had an odd issue with the resolution on my BIOS screen.
It seems like he resolution is too small and cuts off some of the bios text when the computer starts up as I cant see the lower or left part of the screen.
I tried uninstalling and re-installing video card drivers but doesnt change anything.
I am using a Vizio 28" TV for my monitor and its set at 1600x1080 for resolution.
Is their a seperate setting for this?
My vid card is an XFX R7 260. Posting this from the office so dont have motherboard info or anything else if needed can post back late tonite after work with more info.

CPU:
AMD Phenom x4
8GB Ram DDR2 1066
1TB HDD

Any info or help would be great.

You'll probably find it's because you're using a TV. My daughters' rig has recently been hooked up to a 32" Samsung HD TV and when I first booted after installing an SSD in there I had to use Catalyst Control Center's overscan feature to bring the screen size down to fit the TV.
When I booted into BIOS however the overscan was still there, an equal amount around the entire screen. As CCC hasn't loaded yet in BIOS it isn't able to correct how the picture displays.
