Bitdefender slow down my internet browsing speed.

I have Bitdefender total security 2012. After few days ago my web browsing speed reduce significantly. But if i download files by using "Internet download manager" i can download full speed. So why is that?
I already disable Bitdefender firewall and enable Windows Firewall but problem still happen. Then i re-install (Upgrade) windows7 after that internet connection again speedup but after install Bitdefender again slowdown. So which Bitdefender setting bother me?
If i use Firefox i can't surf but Chrome work but it surfing speed also slow but Opera work fine but not perfectly.

Most of the time i receive this error when i using Chrome "Error 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET): The connection was reset."
