Black Screen After File System Check

Recently on startup I have been getting a File System Check, NTFS or something. The first time I skipped it and everything loaded great. Today I tried skipping the check again and got a black screen with just my mouse cursor. This happens every time. I tried doing the check but it takes forever so I stopped it.

I tried going into safe mode but it stops when it lists all the files its loading.

What do I do? If you need more details ask.

I can't do any of those things because I can't even boot into safe mode. I tried F8, and it isn't doing anything, maybe I'm not pressing it on the right menu?

When I try to boot into safe mode, it shows everything its loading and gets stuck on:

Loaded: \Windows\system32\Drivers\ClASSPNP.SYS

Why would you think you can skip repairs which Win7 tells you are critical to even start up?

Boot into the Win7 installer or http://www.sevenforums.com/performance-maintenance/51100-repair-cd-system-repair-disk.html to run http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/681-startup-repair.html?ltr=S and a full http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/433-disk-check.html.

If this fails work through the steps for http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219533-troubleshooting-windows-7-failure-boot.html including the hardware tests. The installer is provided in the steps to use for repairs.

I tried the startup repair first. When it was done, I still had the black screen after startup, but the file system check is gone.

Then I tried system restore, and it stated it failed to restore because of some file or something, I really don't remember.

Now what?

Run the full http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/433-disk-check.html from the http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/668-system-recovery-options.html Command Line.

Try a few more Startup Repairs after confirming the 100mb System Rserved partition (preferred) or C is still marked Active: http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/71432-partition-mark-active.html

If these fail then start working through the other steps in http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219533-troubleshooting-windows-7-failure-boot.html

I tried to Disk check with /F and it found no problems, though it failed to transfer message to the event log.

What do you mean by "after confirming the 100mb System Rserved partition (preferred) or C is still marked Active: Partition - Mark as Active"?

EDIT: I tried another startup repair and it couldn't fix it, it failed.

Im sorry, but I'm still confused. Where did you provide the information on Option Two or Three?

I've tried what you said and no luck, and also every time out of the three it stated that there were no problems.

The list you made is a little complicated. I was going to try this next, could it work?
