Solved Black Screen - Can't Run Explorer.exe With Task Manager

ok, so I've downloaded a clean copy of explorer.exe but when I try to replace it with the one in C:\windows system says 'you need permission to preform this action' I've also tried replacing it in cmd and says 'access is denied' even if I try to force delete it.
All done in safe mode.

If I could only find a way to delete and replace explorer.exe?

1. I think Problem with System recovery options. This hang!!! can not repair with F8
2. But when Ctrl + Alt + Del we can Open "Start Task Manage"
3. I think prolems with Explore because all boot good. But the Explore.exe in Processe do not Exit
In Windows Task Manager go to File/ Newtask (Run...)
Cmd.exe to enter Command command prompt is Open
in CMD
I try chkdsk /f/x/r nothing to change.
I try Sfc /scannow nothing to change.
Setup with USB have software following: File/ Newtask (Run...)/Browser/ (USB)
I try Malware Removal Tools | Free Virus Removal | Kaspersky Lab scroll to the TDSS Killer search nothing problems and reboot, nothing to change.
7. I try http://www.superantispyware.com/ and repair, reboot the computer run fine!!!!!
You should remover some adwaredelta-search, oursurfing v.v.. in Internet Explorer, Chrome, Firefox
if open internet Explorer the home page still them. you can add Tager: D:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe" https://www.google.com/ . about:config/browser.newtab.url set default

That's good then mate it is handy one to keep on he taskbar for the occasional use as is the Malwarebytes though personally my Kaspersky is really good and that second one hardly ever picks up anything but still worth keeping .

You also ran the ADW? I see if I have it right It is good to keep in mind should any hard to shift issues come up. Look and as far as browsers go I always use IE because I can see no visible difference in speed to be honest and they do in my mind cause more problems than they are worth. Being a bit of a cynic I think it is just a way of those sites keeping tabs on what you do and where you go

I have the same problem
- I runned "Repair My Computer" but it didn't detect any problem
- System Restore won't retrieve my system restore point
- I runned "Safe Mode" but there is no taskbar or windows explorer
- Task Manager Runs, but everytime i run a new task, Task Manager crashes and stops responding but Task Manager is working.

Please reply with a working solution, i'm not using my PC for days. Thanks!

Look I hate to say this but so many people posting in the same thread is not a good idea it leads to confusion for both the member and us as the receivers because it is so easy to lose track of who one is dealing with so can the others besides the thread starter please start their own thread it will get picked up and answered.
