Solved Black screen Internet Explorer 9?

I'll get an black screen on some websites in internet explorer 9 or the website is not loaded well, for the black screen I allready tried:

Use software rendering instead of gpu rendering
Run Internet Explorer in no Add-Ons mode, (But all the Add-Ons allready disabled)

And I don't think resetting internet explorer setting is that best, Anyone know a way to solve this problem?

I have installed DWG Viewer which caused the problem and if you set the following setting on Internet options the problem will be solved.
