How do I permanently stop seeing that in Internet Explorer 11? What software program stops Black Box White X from showing in Internet Explorer 11?

any chance of a screenshot, not exactly sure where its appearing.

BIG side note
IE11 wil not be maintained on W7 next year, and become a hackers dream.
Time to choose a replacement.
