Black Screen Of Death.

Hello, My sister has a computer with a BSOD (black screen of death). I have tryed opening Task Manager with CTRL-ALT-DEL but it will not work. Besides reinstalling, Any ideas?
It started when Roblox was installed,using Windows 7 Home Premium N

Did you have any errors installing/using Roblox?
Oh, and it's BLUE Screen of Death, not BLACK

Not that I know of. And it IS black. The cursor is there too. Restore was able to start working, but now its stuck at the background of the login, even with a reboot.

A Black Screen of Death is a BlSoD
Those occur when Windows cannot BOOT, not when Windows BOOTS normally and then encounters a system error - that's a BSOD, and BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH

Does the Blue/Black Screen of Death occur DURING boot, or AFTER boot?
