I can get into safe mode, and I get my desktop back Yay but i have no internet access and when i try to open up the network selection thing it wont let me. I havent tried anything else, except come back in normal mode to say whats up. I have to leave on vacation as I speak so ill get back to anything posted here in a week

To get network access, you need to boot into Safe Mode with Networking instead of regular Safe Mode.

Also, it seems like half the time I have rights and the other half i dont...Yet finally, i ran a system restore in safe mode, i managed to find a workable date, and all is right again. Thanks for your help guys
