Is that with the other single RAM card?

If yes, then one card is giving errors and the other card passes.
Time to replace the RAM.
Get the same size (2X4GB) and frequency, always better to get a kit with two cards.
Don't get any RAM that has 'Value' anywhere in the name or description.

If you want, you can post the RAM you are looking at here and we can tell you if it will work.

Yes, one of the cards has died on me last night. The laptop couldn't detect that RAM card anymore so now I'm running the laptop with 4GB RAM only.

"Don't get any RAM that has 'Value' anywhere in the name or description."
I don't quite get this. May I ask what do you mean by this? Where can I find that information?

Currently using Kingston DDR3 PC3 10600 RAM x 2

Thank you

Some RAM is named 'Value RAM' or similar, is a little cheaper but, is low quality and are known to have issues.
Most manufacturers have a low priced 'Value' series.

Kingston is a good brand, as are Crucial and Corsair, for laptops.

Everything seems to be working OK except the CPU and GPU temp are about 75 degrees C when gaming, is this a normal temp? If it's not then I need to get it fixed over the weekend. Thank you in advance.

Those temps would make me a bit nervous, but are normal for your laptop.
Laptops just don't have the cooling capacity to cool a i7 CPU or the GPU, they produce a lot of heat when under stress.
It's something you have to accept for a laptop with those specs.
