I think you'd be better off to do a "clean" install ... We're getting no where with this.

Yea I guess so..

I will try some other things and if nothing will help Ill reinstall.

So I saved all my desired data on external hard drive and attempted clean windows 7 installation. Deleted all partitions and had just 1 big unallocated hard drive. And when it was starting to run I have received an error as described here. So right now I am running clean all in diskpart to see if it helps. I know it can't be hard drive cause I just successfully made a 50gb back up on external hd. But just in case SeaTools are already downloaded.

So I will let you know what happens next.

No worries, DISKPART's "clean all" command nuked the hell out of my HD Took good 3 hours, but was well worth it. Installing my new Win7 right now.
