Blu Ray - create Blu Ray video that can play on a Blu Ray player

Hi all,

I am looking for a software recommendation - I want to take video (avi, mpeg etc) and burn it to a Blu Ray so that it will play from a blu ray player just as any other blu ray disk.

Any help greatly appreciated,
