Solved Blue ? on desktop icon for backup external hard drive

I just noticed this on my desktop. I was curious as to what it means and how to remove it. I can access the drive no problem.

Hello TJ,

Could you post a screenshot of this to help clarify what you mean by blue?

If you mean blue text for it's name, then that means that it is compressed.

Ah, ok. The blue question mark on the shortcut indicates "unknown drive".

Since it's a shortcut, you might see if you may be able to manually change the icon to get rid of it.
