Blue Screen 2057

I am getting more and more pissed off with this blue screen 2057. Its seems to crash while doing simple operations. I have downloaded programms like speedyPC pro to solve but they seem to make no difference.

I have the latest Nvidia drivers but again it makes no difference. I am trying to avoid a complete rebuild can anybody please help me.
