Blue screen after installing 1 GB Ram.

I bought my computer with 1GB ram and i decided to install 1GB for more speed, and after installed i been having problems, sometimes I get a blue screen and the computer restarts by itself.

What type of RAM have you put in? Are they both DDR3? Try removing each stick separately so that there is just 1GB at a time in your computer. It would also be great if you could fill out your System Specs. Some computers can't handle certain amounts of memory.
