Dear,

I am having crashes and blue screens ...

My computer specifications:
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit -> it's not original.
Processor: Intel(r) Core(TM) i3 CPU [email protected] 2.93 GHz
Installed memory (RAM): 3,00 GB
System type 64-bit operating System
Display adapters: ATI Radeon HD 5500 Series
Computer name: Ramesses-PC
Computer is about 6months old.

I have downloaded BlueScreen View,
I will upload to You notepad from it.

Maybe this information can help You --> When blue screens started i have updated driver from my graphic card, and then graphic card didn't work.

Please help me.

Hello Ramesses, welcome to SF! sorry we're late, it's very busy here...

Please find and delete BCUService.exe . It has caused problems and could be malware.

After, please do a full scan with your AV and use a anti malware tool like Malwarebytes.

Please also update or (as a test) delete/disable your apple software, particularly the Bonjour services.

Please also de-install GOM mediaplayer.

Your dumps show a great number of different faults, hard to pinpoint what the real problem is at this point. However, there is a problem with your AVG software. Please update AVG or (as a test) replace by MSE temporarily.

Post back your result please.
