Blue Screen DUMP, OS is Restarting

My Windows 7 is always on continous restart specially when i lock my pc, Blue Screen appearing informing me with dumb file.

Both the wifi and lan are failing, caused by SoneGate and Symantec. Uninstall Norton and all Symentec products using Norton Removal tool. Uninstall StoneGate too. Use Microsoft Security Essentials as your antivirus with windows inbuilt firewall, and free MBAM as the on demand scanner.

Then let us know for any further BSOD. In that case we may need to concentrate on the network drivers.
