Hi guys !
Since i'm new here, i just hope i've wrote this 1st post in terms !

The problem started few days ago and i don't know how to fix it.
The laptop keeps coming from sleep mode giving a blue screen error. Unfortunately i haven't thought of making a screen shot of the error itself, but i've used the SF Diagnostic Tool and upload it here.

Hopefully you may help me figure out what causes the BSOD and maybe a way to fix it.
Thanks in advance !

Best regards,
Alex Milotin

Hi AlexMilotin.

Download and install Win7 and WinServer 2008 R2 Auto Installation Program dated 2013/11/26 from Realtek.

Disable Bluetooth.

Let us know the results.

It it BSODs again, be sure to upload your MSINFO32.nfo file alongwith other files.

  1. Click on the start button
  2. Type "msinfo32" (without quotes) in the search bar of the start menu, click the resulting link. It will open the System Information window.
  3. File>Save. In the "File Name" filed, put "MSINFO32" (without Quote), give the save location to desktop, and click the "save" button.
  4. Give the time for processing, it will save a .nfo file on your desktop.
  5. Zip it, and upload it following the instruction.

Hi and thanks for the quick reply.
I've downloaded Windows 7 and WinServer 2008 R2 as you asked, installed it and waited for couple days to see if something happens,

Unfortunately, this morning the laptop crashed again.
I've saved the View attachment 296994 file and uploaded it here. I've also uploaded the View attachment 296995 files including the one with the crash from this morning.

Thanks for your help guys !

The latest crash dump is not showing any failing module precisely, but apparently it is some sort of network issue.

Your Wireless network adapter is too old, too.

Update it from Drivers for Atheros AR9485WB and Windows 7

Free up the startup. Windows does not need any other program to auto start with it, but the auto start programs often conflicts and causes various problems including BSODs.

  1. Click on the Start button
  2. Type “msconfig (without quotes), click the resulting link. It will open the System Configuration window.
  3. Select the “Startup” tab.
  4. Deselect all items other than the antivirus and the touchpad driver, ETDCtrl.
  5. Apply > OK
  6. Accept then restart.
Let us know the results.
