I need help figuring out why my computer keeps crashing and how to fix it.
The first thing that hapens is that the computer will freeze the page it is on but for a minute the other icons are still clickable, then nothing is clickable then a stop code (BSOD) flashes for an instant and then back to the restart screen. (Hp logo, with options to push esc, f9, f12) but nothing will happen when pushing any buttons. The only way to turn it off is to cut the power supply as even the power button won't work. The power has to stay off for at least 10 minutes or the same screen will come up and it will not start. I tried going into diagnostics and running a memory diagnostic and that was turning up no errors until the end when the screen flashed a lot and then did the same thing. Then we saved important files to a flash and completely restored the computer back to factory settings but the problem seems to persist.
There are some things drawing the power outside (welder, air compressor, and heater are all on this circut) and wonder if that could be contributing or not. I've been on it for a litte while without much problems, but I have been trying to keep the CPU down. Its a new computer and seems to do this when there are around five tabs or so open also. I thought it could be the printers driver causing it but after restoring it one more time to before the printer was reinstalled it did this once more, but also froze to a white screen. here is the zip file with the dump file and diagnostic. If anybody has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated.
