Blue Screen when start

I have blue screen everytime when i turn on my computer.. But the blue screen always happen before i log in the window itself.. I need to restart to get in window..

Many different system files are listed as the causes, so I suspect you have a hardware issue.

First, open an elevated command prompt and enter sfc /scannow.

Then, download a copy of Memtest86 and burn the ISO to a CD using ImgBurn. Boot from the CD, and run at least 5 passes.
