Windows 7 blue-screened on me yesterday night for the first time. The error was Driver IRQL not less or equal, I didn't see what driver actually caused the problem.

At the time, I had just installed Trend Micro Internet Security 2009 and it was downloading an update, and I had a feedback window open and I was typing feedback.

I do not believe it had anything to do with Trend Micro, but regardless the fact I saw a blue screen on my 3rd day of testing is not a good sign

Hopefully I won't see any more.

Hello AGlobalThreatsK, welcome to Se7en Forums!

Did you install Trend Micro in Compatibility Mode? I have seen others having issues with TM.

Hello all... I started getting a blue screen from yesterday. First time I did not pay attention at what was the problem. But this morning when I woke up and opened my screen... BLUE SCREEN again.

"Clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor within the allocated time interval"

The thing is I did not have such problems before, could my processor be going bad? I googled around a little and all I could find was this ideea.

If anyone knows more, it would be really great to share!

Thanks!
