Blue Screens

I have a new laptop. I've never had any BSod with any of my other computers. I've contacted HP & they did a system restore to it's factory settings. Since that time i've had 2 blue screens. It is a REAL pain to have to re-install everything. I hope you can advise as to how I can "never" see another BSoD I hear all kinds of scary stuff about them.

people are a bit wary of opening zipfiles, barb..
can you post up the BSOD message as an attachment, rather than a zipfile..??

Oh, sorry. I thought that was what the instructions said to do but here are the separate files.

3 of the files I'm not able to upload though:
EventApp.txt:
