Hi
First thing you could do is to go into C:\windows\minidump and take the dump file (the dmp file shown above) zip it and upload it so we could take a look. We could also use you system specs if you haven't filled them in.

Waiting for info

Ken

Hi and welcome

TBH this is the first time I have ever seen this error and so had to do some digging. One possible cause is an iomega.zip drive. Some hardware like it may also be the cause.

All of the dumps are identical so no help there

Thank you very much for your reply, I found the problem is the ADSL modem ... using driver for Windows Vista. I have to install a driver for Windows 7 and I will keep you

I installed drivers for Windows 7, but the problem persists ... it's probably the RAM. Windows 7 works perfectly, except sometimes on boot

Hi,

I have have the same problem: always a blue screen when I try to start Windows Seven normally. I have done some Windows Updates and installed a new driver recently but I can't restore my system (I don't know why I have any backup).

My PC start well in safe mode and safe mode with network (That's why I can post here).

I join the minidump of the crach, if you can help me.

Thank you.

PS: I've not found how to read the dmp file correctly.
