Hello all. This forum seems to be very helpful and I've tried many things read here to no avail. So ill cut to it.

Windows 7 x64, HAS been re-installed
Full Retail
Custom Build is 1 year old.

What I've tried so far;

1. Windows re-installed.
2. I have a Raid array and have tried it with and without it. no diff.
3. I had Kaspersky, switched to Avast!, but still the BS continues.
4. Everything is up to date from what i can tell, network adapter, all drivers, video card....
5. And a system health report through c prompt, run as admin. No problems reported.

That's it. Thanks for any help! First post, apologies if I missed something.

I think you may be having this issue.
"Can't open AsIO.sys !! (2)" - Safer-Networking Forums

You are using an asus application/app driver combo that is not compatible with win7
If you follow those instructions you should be able to just remove the offending component without having to dump anything else.

Maguscreed, Thanks for the reply. I followed the link, then deleted the folder in ASUS. Hopefully it works, if so thanks a bunch!

Damn, just got another BS. Same description as the others. I followed the instructions in the link, and deleted everything in the ASUS folder. Any new ideas? Please, thanks.
