Bluetooth and usb flash drive no driver found

guys,what's the problem w/my laptop bluetooth can detect a device but can't send a file,and also can't read any USB flash drive

make sure ur settings match below, and also u have it in a USB hub, i have found with BT that causes nothing but problems.

thanks,richyrichuk,yes i apply that setting but nothing happen and also i try to uninstall the unknown device in device manager and reinstall but same as before.unknown device driver.

yep thats because u have it in a 'hub' do it direct into back of pc.

theres no hub because this is a built in bluetooth in my laptop.:shock:
