bluetooth is not installed in my sony vaio

I have sony vaio e series sve14112en laptop running windows 7 home basic 64 bit. Due to slower performance I formated my laptop and re partitioned but my laptop doesn't show bluetooth. I downloaded the intel wireless adapter. Athroes wireless adaptor. Intel blueetoth driver and athroes bluetooth driver from sony vaio webpage. And installed. Wifi is always in turning on mode but bluetooth is not installed how can I fix it. Befor bluetooth and wifi both used to apear in a small tray at the bottom of right side in laptop screen. But wifi is always on there is no option to off and bluetooth is not available. Please help

do you have any yellow or red marks next to anything in device manager?

There is a title as other devices inside this there is a unknown device which is marked yellow

is the bluetooth showing in device manager?

No sir. Bluetooth is not seen.

did you expand all the devices to see if the blue tooth was under one of them? for the unknown right click on it and select properties then detail tab then from drop down choose hardware ID's and post them here. could you list the make and model of the computer if custum built make and model of motherboard

the unknown looks to be a usb3 did you install the driver for it? when you installed the drivers for the blue tooth did they install or did you get any errors. maybe something in bios needs to be enabled. maybe there is a combination of using the FN + an "F" key to turn it on.

now my bluetooth problem is solved it atomatically searched drivers. when I installed vaio smart network. now its showing another problem. after 1 minute of computer start it gives a caution message. " the installed battery may mot be properly connected to the computer or may not be compatible with the computer click 'ok' to enfer hibernate mode and remove and reinsert the battery.

how old is this battery? is the battery able to charge to 100%
