HP Elite desktop Win 7. Bluetooth works for sending/receiving files from phone, tablet. I want to pair headset but I can't set it to be dicoverable in BT settings. I get an error that settings were not changed. Device manager says it is working properly and best driver is installed. So I got a BT USB dongle. Same issue. Any suggestions are welcome.
